Viscose fabrics stand out for their pleasant feel on the skin and excellent drape. The viscose fabrics in our shop are woven; they are lightweight and have a cooling effect.
Viscose fabric is a natural-origin fiber obtained from cellulose. The best properties of this fabric are its pleasantly soft texture, easy drape, and relatively easy care.
Most often this viscose fabric is used for sewing airy garments, so it is an excellent fabric for making dresses, skirts, blouses, lightweight clothing, and nightwear. It is not warming by itself, which is why it is especially popular for making summer clothes.
Sewing tips:
To sew viscose fabric, it is recommended to use microtex needles. Thanks to their particularly sharp point, the needle is suitable for high thread-count fabrics
