     Muslins (Double gauze) is a 100% cotton fabric made of two woven, gauze-like cotton layers.
     Muslin fabric is lightweight, airy, soft, and pleasant on the skin. This fabric has excellent moisture-regulating properties, and it is also breathable and air-permeable, yet not see-through. Its special structure means it does not need ironing, and it dries very quickly.

SUITABLE FOR:

  • summer dresses
  • shirts and blouses;
  • rompers;
  • airy summer trousers;
  • blankets;
  • diapers
  • and many, many other projects

Note! To ensure a precise and straight edge of the muslin fabric, we cut it on the grain (fabric thread) or tear it. This process helps preserve the fabric structure and avoid distortion. Please keep this in mind when ordering the fabric.

Care

-Wash at up to 40 °C
-Do not bleach
-Iron at a maximum temperature of 110 °C
-Do not dry clean
-Do not tumble dry
-Before sewing, we recommend washing or dampening the fabric and pressing it with a steam iron to check whether the fabric shrinks!
